The AYFCL is Growing!

We have added 3 more teams.  Victor has two teams and the Churchville Chargers

have one.  We have taken the two conferences and split them into three conferences.

Our games this year will be done differently.  We have six teams in each conference.

Starting Sept. 6th we will have five regular games and two crossover games .  The

two crossover games do not count.  That will give us 7 games that will end on

10/18/09.  On 10/25/09 we will have a separate playoff for each conference .  Team 1

will play team 4 and team 2 will play team 3, teams 5 & 6 will play but they do not

qualify for the championships.  The winners of the two playoff games will then play

on 11/1/09 for the championship.  We will know the playoff teams at the end of game

7.   This will mean that some teams will be playing at different locations (example-

A-squad at one place, B-squad at another and C-squad at another).This all depends

on who wins and who will field the playoff games.  This, like most sports will mean

that parents may have to be in different places at the same time if they have a player

on different squads.
