Uniform Hand Ins will be on Saturday November 8th at the practice field. The times are as follows:

C-Squad - 9:00-10:00 A.M.

B-Squad - 10:00-11:00 A.M.

A-Squad - 11:00-12:00 noon

FOOTBALL PARENTS:

All equipment should be cleaned off and wiped down (not washed thru the dishwasher)
Shoulder pads - helmet - 7 pads for the practice pants .

The uniform pieces should be washed and handed in clean-
Girdles, practice, jersey, rib vests (can go thru washing machine), practice and game pants.

CHEER PARENTS:

All uniform pieces should be DRY CLEANED and handed in on hangers:

Vest - Skirt - Wind Jacket and Wind Pants.

BANQUET TICKETS will be handed out to all the players and cheerleaders when and if all items are returned and cleaned properly at hand-ins. Any missing items will need to be paid for if they are not handed in on 11/7/08.

Parents may purchase banquet tickets at hand ins. This will be the very last day we will be selling the tickets. The count will go in on Sunday to the location of the banquet and we will not add any numbers after 11/7/08.

 Location : Suny Brockport

Seymour College Union Ballroom

 Arrival Time : 6:00 P.M.

Buffet Dinner : 6:30 P.M.

Awards : 7:30-8:30 P.M.

Dessert : 8:30 P.M.

D.J. & Dancing: 8:30-10:30 P.M.

Directions: Take Rte. 19 into Brockport

Turn onto Monroe Avenue

 (you can only turn one way onto this street- near the College sign)

 Take a left onto Kenyon Street (past Utica Street)

 Once on Kenyon, you can park in lots M , N & N-1 (on the left)

 or Lot –L  on the right. The Seymour College Union is right behind Lot- L next to the Barnes & Noble Bookstore.

All Players and Cheerleaders must be accompanied by a parent.

 There will be assigned tables for all the football players and cheerleaders, per squad .The participants must stay in their seats until the awards ceremony is complete.
